Completion of this class earns 5 continuing ed credits.

For 1 day classes, the basic training timeline is:

9:00-10:30 - Intro to Delinquency

10:45-12:00 - Pre-Levy Process

12:00-1:00 - Lunch

1:00-2:30 - Levy Process

2:45-4:00 - Bankruptcy

For 2. 5 day classes, the basic training timeline is:

Day 1– 9:00 to 4:00; breaks and lunch provided

               Delinquent Collections – Pre-Levy Collection

Day 2– 9:00 to 4:00; breaks and lunch provided

               Delinquent Collections – Levy Strategies and Executions

Day 3 – 9:00 to 12:00; break provided - Bankruptcy
